Conventional: If the manufactured home is in fact in a Leasehold estate, it would not be eligible.
If its currently not an approved Condo project with Fannie Mae CPM, we must receive all the condo approval documents for a full condo review.
Although conventional, it must include the HUD Data Plate & HUD Certification Label as well. More here: https://askpoliselling.fanniemae.com/
