FHA and Student Loans

FHA requires a payment to be used for all student loans.  A loan can be qualified with the payment amount listed on the credit, if it's greater than $0.  If no payment is listed, a lender can obtain the actual repayment terms from the student loan provider, OR multiply the outstanding loan balance for each student loan by 0.5 percent to utilize as the monthly payment.
